With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Tammy Lynn Hirtle on March 5, 2025. Born in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Tammy was a woman of unwavering strength, resilience, and dedication. She faced life’s challenges with courage, always remaining loyal to those she loved.
Tammy was a hard worker who took pride in everything she did. Her reliability made her a pillar of support for her family. She had an eye for fashion and an innate sense of style that reflected her confidence.
She was predeceased by her common-law spouse, Ronnie Ramey, and her father, Vance Hirtle. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Jade Hirtle; her mother, Dorothy Hirtle; and her siblings: Susan Hirtle, Lisa Hirtle, Tanya Hirtle, Tina Hirtle, Hugh Hirtle, Kyle Hirtle, Dale Hirtle, and Alan Hirtle.
Though she is gone, her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
A private celebration of life will be held in her honor. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to S.H.A.I.D Tree Animal Shelter at https://www.shaidanimalshelter.com/donate in Tammy’s memory, as her dogs, Roxy, Ginger and Buddy were the love of her life.

Tammy and I were childhood best friends – so many wonderful memories. I’m deeply saddened to hear of her passing. My condolences to her wonderful family, all of whom were a special part of our family, growing up in Pine Grove. Rest in peace, my friend.
